These general conditions of sale are agreed between Gravity Letters, SA, NIPC: 514061090 based at Avenida Engenheiro Losa Faria 161 Loja 20 4740-268 Esposende, Portugal, hereinafter referred to as “Naturalbody.com.pt“ and the people who wish to make purchases through the website www.naturalbody.com.pt hereinafter referred to as "User".
The parties agree that purchases made through the website: www.naturalbody.com.pt will be regulated exclusively by this contract, excluding any conditions previously available on the website.
The present general conditions of sale have the purpose of making available and defining all the necessary information to the User on the modalities of ordering, selling, paying and delivering purchases made on the website: www.naturalbody.com.pt
These conditions regulate all the steps necessary to place the order and guarantee the follow-up of this order between the Contracting Parties.
Any and all products available for sale in the naturalbody.com.pt electronic store can only be purchased by people of legal age, in your country of residence (in case of doubt, contact us).
The description, image and any other information of a product presented in the naturalbody.com.pt electronic store, can be changed without prior notice. The images that illustrate each product may differ from the delivered product.
The User places his order by completing the purchase process presented on the website www.naturalbody.com.pt, adding the product (s) or service (s) he wishes to order to the shopping basket:
To send your order the User must:
a) Register on the website www.naturalbody.com.pt, providing the information requested there.
b) Log in (providing a combination of email and password chosen by the User when registering).
c) Complete the information and choose the options that are made available to you during the order completion process (delivery and billing address, shipping method, payment method, as well as the TIN and the name that, for tax purposes, you want shown on the invoice).
The final confirmation of the order by the User is equivalent to full and complete acceptance of the prices and description of the products available for sale as well as these General Conditions of Sale, which will be the only ones applicable to the contract thus concluded.
Naturalbody.com.pt will honor orders received online only up to the limit of available stocks. In the absence of product availability, naturalbody.com.pt undertakes to inform the User as soon as possible.
The data contained in the invoice are the User's sole responsibility. The invoice once issued cannot be reissued with changes.
The order requests are valid for 5 (Five) days, except if the order is registered under a promotional campaign that defines a different term, it is not possible to guarantee prices, discounts, promotions and offers beyond this term. If the payment is not received by our services within that period, the order cannot be validated. Any amount received after this date will be returned or used for a new order.
Payment Terms and Methods
Naturalbody.com.pt, offers the following payment methods for purchases made in the online store:
Payment via bank transfer is one of the most used payment methods.
Warning: Payments are always made in Euros, even when prices are shown in other currencies. Some banking entities may charge exchange rates. Naturalbody is totally unaware of this fact, so it does not take any responsibility for it.
Once the order is shipped, the customer will receive a confirmation email with the respective invoice, the assigned shipping number and a link that will allow the order to be tracked on the carrier's website.
The customer may also have access to this link by logging into his account and clicking on the "Orders" tab, available on the login page, and also accessing the "Help" icon available on the website's header bar, clicking on the "Follow order" option.
Either way, you will be provided with all the information about the order consulted, including the link mentioned above.
Attempting to track the order online upon receipt of the shipping confirmation email may not return any results. The shipping information can take up to 24 hours, counted from the receipt of the shipment confirmation, to be updated on the carrier's website without any liability being attributed to naturalbody for such fact.
Orders are delivered from Monday to Friday, with the exception of local or national holidays, to the address indicated by the customer when placing the order.
Shipping costs are automatically calculated by the system and may depend on the following factors:
- actual or volumetric weight of the order (whichever is higher);
- order value;
- ordered products segment;
- delivery adress;
- carrier tariffs, which undergo periodic updates.
Likewise, shipping costs will be automatically updated as the customer adds items to the shopping cart.
All specific purchase conditions will be clearly indicated in the ordering process and immediately before confirmation of the respective purchase.
Prices must be understood in Euros, with taxes and fees included, taking into account the VAT in force at the time of payment of the order.
If there is an increase in the prices of any product, the User will be informed immediately, being able to choose to receive his order (by paying the difference) or to proceed with its cancellation.
All prices shown in the naturalbody.com.pt electronic store can be changed without prior notice and are always subject to stockouts.
Under the current Portuguese legislation, naturalbody.com.pt is obliged to add the value of VAT to the legal rates of 6%, 13% and 23% for all products. Prices shown in the virtual presence of always include VAT.
Discounts and Promotions
Discount vouchers, when available, are available to our customers by various means (Newsletter, email, Facebbok ...)
Vouchers are not cumulative and discounts offered may not cover all products in our store.
All products with free shipping and gift packs are excluded from discount vouchers.
The improper use of vouchers can lead to the cancellation or readjustment of the order.
Cancellation and Return
Naturalbody.com.pt recognizes to all its customers the right to terminate the contracts they enter into, allowing them to return the products purchased within 14 days within the terms of Decree-Law No. 143/2001 and Decree -Law 82/2008 of 20/05.

The cancellation or return process is handled on a case-by-case basis by naturalbody.com.pt. The order must arrive in writing to the contact email firstname.lastname@example.org, up to 15 days after the order, with the instructions for canceling or returning the goods answered and defined by naturalbody.com.pt, by the same means of communication.
Whenever possible, the return must be made using the same payment method, but if this is not possible, the user must present proof of payment and account or card ownership, in order to make the return by Bank Transfer.
Naturalbody.com.pt undertakes to refund the User within a maximum period of 30 days.
Returned products must be in sales condition, that is, in the same condition in which they arrived in the User's hands, without any anomaly or damage.
If the value resulting from the exchange of products for an order is lower or higher than the initial value of the same, the settlement conditions will be indicated by naturalbody.com.pt.
The processing of your data is done in compliance with the legislation on the protection of personal data. These, subject to computer processing, will appear in the naturalbody.com.pt database (s) and are intended for the registration and presentation of other products and services, as well as institutional information, to be made available by them.
Their provision is optional and the right of access, rectification and cancellation of any data that directly concerns you, personally or in writing, is directly guaranteed to the address on the home page of this website.
